It's decent advice, however not concrete
- point three is very dependent on whether you think you'll still need Runed crests by week 5, which is less likely for people actively farming M+ and Heroic raid - if you do have an abundance of Runed crests by then, you've effectively wasted your free Enchanted Crest
On the other hand, the point of crafting your weapon immediately at 636 has merit - I touched on this in #1237307555961634826 but it's really a matter of whether you think you'll have the opportunity to loot a M weapon or not
- if get a M weapon somewhere, then you can keep your crafted weapon in the offhand at 619 and spend your Gilded crests on upgrading more important items first (assuming you have any, this may not apply to everyone) - the amount of crests used in crafting is not as efficient as the amount used in upgrading, and offhand weapons contribute less than mainhands, so it's something to consider
- if you don't believe you'll have access to a M weapon, crafting directly at 636 is fine, since that would be the most efficient use of your Gilded crests anyway
