Like pressing Bloodthirst after Rampage feels delayed, same goes for RB after Rampage, the delay feels small but it is there, this does not happen on other classes for me.

because the less you have of a substat the more it impacts your dps when you first get some; so having some of every substat is good, and the way the rest o the gear is balanced out you have a decent amount of vers while not saccing much of the main substats due to how abundent it is on the other gear
