Haste feels like dog at less than ~20% imo but there’s no clear number to aim for other than what the robot recommends. Robot meaning simcraft and raidbots.

Gear can be upgraded using crests - each item will be on a "track" that determines what the max ilvl it can be upgraded to is. In general, normal raid and low keys drop "champion" track gear, that can be upgraded to mid-heroic ilvl, and heroic raid and higher M+ keys drop "hero" track gear that can be upgraded to a bit below mythic raid ilvl

Two quick rotation questions!

if Raging Blow, Execute, and Bloodthirst are all on cooldown and I'm not capped on Rage, should I be using Rampage early or filling that time with Slam? I've found myself having a bit less Enrage uptime than I would have expected, and wondering if it's because I'm hitting Rampage too early.

I also see a lot of Execute > Raging Blow while enraged and with less than 110 rage, but doesn't Improved Execute mean Execute will deal more damage and generate more rage? What am I missing?
