The reality is a video for an experienced lifter is pointless, if a breakdown is occurring at their max it's not a form/neuro issue, it's a physiological breakdown issue and it A. won't always reproduce in the next lift or B. even show in every rep

But that's why noone who hasn't lifted until their form is extremely consistent should even be worried about maximal lifting, once it's a natural neurological pattern, your risk of injury is very low

I'd say the only place a video is useful is in the first 6-12 months, post injury/long break, or olympic/power lifting

So it's valid for your specifics, but not for general hypertrophy lifting
