If you have the talents for whirlwind and you're fighting 2 or more targets, you want to press whirlwind to get the cleave stacks before using any other abilities, then refresh everytime you run out of stacks

Hey, noob here to retail (came back to wow after 15 years to play SoD) - picked up retail at WWT launch and loving it. Quick question, I’m seeing some people saying to save the sparks, and I’m trying to understand the thought process. Next week I’ll have 2 sparks, and can make a 2h weapon that is 602+ (maybe + not entirely sure). Why would I not take this? What is the better use case later in the phase? Do we anticipate there being new crafted gear that can achieve higher ilvl?

I belatedly checked Simc's APL and read wowhead's class guide, and it was really surprising.

In the past, there was a difference between wowhead's rotation and Simc's apl, but now there is no difference and the content of the guide is really good.

In my opinion, the differences between Archi and revvez in MT APL are:
In the case of archi, if rampage can be cast regardless of the amount of anger accumulated, cb and bb are cast after casting rampage.
The thing about revvez is that you have to consider rage as well as ST about whether or not to cast rampage.
I think the difference between the two is that it is difficult to say which is the correct answer depending on the battle time.

I think there's an argument for going ramp>CB>ramp>CB when possible, I've been playing with both and just sending a huge, guaranteed crit BB when gushing is already on the target to ensure it refreshes/keeps rolling
