basically yeah - the last time we used RA, we also had such high reck uptime that the rotation was very compressed, but this time you need to actually use a few GCDs to generate enough rage to use Rampage again
which means you'll typically have enough room to use a variety of abilities anyway
the only real rotational issue comes from how strong RB is in relation to other stuff - taking priority over Execute, BT, and even Rampage, though it is limited by charges so it's not a limitless spam

Best horde race is easily troll for the haste buff. You just can't beat that main stat buff, you know? That's why orcs are so dominant. I think the meta is pandaren for the weapon animations and food buff doubler.

If you're try to get blue or better, pick what you like the most and practise and don't swap until you're getting them.
Picking the meta class won't get you there. You're also unlikely to be raiding at a level where meta matters. You are what matters.
Also helkili is a crutch. You're better off learning why a rotation functions as it does instead of following an addon

the main benefit of crafted gear is getting your gear from 580 to 590 for 30 crests instead of 45 with traditional upgrades
then youll have an additional 90 crests the week after to either upgrade the renown track pieces higher, becuase they are vetern track, or you can spend on upgrade trinkets to close to 590 as well
