the answer is it really depends on context - how long does it take you to realize you forgot?

if you notice soon after, just send it and delay the next set a few seconds to align

if you notice halfway or more through its cooldown, you're probably better off just to wait

RB does big dam. BT does much less, and reap the storm isn't actually that strong of a proc compared to cleaving RB.

Also, you have to get the proc for it to do its damage where RB is guaranteed.

• firstly, it's not updated for L80 yet
• secondly, CB big dam, which triggers Bloodcraze to help your BB crit and proc CSHB more
• thirdly, you can't sustain the rotation off BB & Rampage alone, even during Reck, so you'll pretty much always use CB and BB in between Rampage
