the leveling scaling is fucked, and was gonna be fucked whether it was seen in early access or not; yeah people who got early access had an easier time leveling because of it, but the first people to level were gonna have that advantage regardless - it isn't as though the leveling issues would have been fixed before launch anyway
that said, it's also not as stark a contrast as it appears - you won't kill a whole pack of mobs with one dreadnaught anymore, but you're not going to spend 30s in combat per mob either, so it's not like you suddenly went from 1 level/15m to 1 level/2 hours
