Fury is one of the easiest specs in the game to do well on

Your rotation is pretty simple, and you basically send cds whenever they're up (with some exceptions, but they're pretty rare)

639 TWW tier is ~2.3% better than 2p 528 DFS4 tier in single target.
The real answer will be to just sim top gear as you acquire it though
