its a few things 1 you cant macro Troar cuz both reck and troar are on gcd. aswell as many times in raid you wanna reck before you charge. Anytime you play AM you want a seperate keybind for reck incases you wanna send reck but not avatar. If you really wanna macro reck and avatar together you can thats what I do but have reck on a seperate keybind for those times

Well, since CB and RB have such high prio because of it buffing BB/BT+Ramp, it is a dps increase to use them before. The actual hit from BT/BB is higher. So by buffing it up, you guarantee a higher hit. Much like we used to do with Arms where we use 2x ececute + OP before mortal striking for a bigger hit
