Check out the two talents you can get under thunderous roar. The one on the right has changed slightly in TWW, the dmg buff to bleeds is only when t-roar is on a target now. So you definitely want to use roar before OF if it lines up.
I haven’t read anything about s4 gameplay but this seems just your best option. Cheers 🍻

i found updating elvui helped my issue, i was having this loaded into the game at some point once i got through this plus a 90% stuck loading screen then had really bad fps and game quality

updating elvui fixed all 3 issues for me
