Worst case, just bring a BDK or Warrior tank - no way they lose threat
Druid is the only PuG tank I seen struggle keeping threat (meanwhile doing decent dps)

Yes and no, it depends on the dungeon and how it interact with mechanics. It is just a very useful ability (anything from breaking mechanics to working as an interupt on yourself). It is situationally broken and BiS.

But when it comes to what you want to play, just chose what you think looks cool. All of races got a niche and something that makes them just neat.

Of course, I say, Night Elves are just better than the rest - that is my preference
