I don't doubt you're seeing different results in-game, but I don't know exactly what you're doing in-game either - just that what you're saying doesn't align with what we typically know to be true of dummy vs sim comparisons; that's why it'd just be easier to analyze by seeing what you're seeing

they're very close - Frenzied comes out slightly stronger for me in ST, while Powerful is slightly better in AoE, but it's possible you could have different results
