Ahh... I loaded the wrong talent build, I suppose before doing the SIM. I just ran it again now and whrlwind is there in my SIM and hitting higher DPS.

What's a good % where you would consider it as good already vs your SIM. Let's say 500K DPS on SIM, would 50% of that good enough or what is your target?

As Fury, just sim ST, especially for Tyra week. We cleave our ST damage, and bosses got to die, so optimise around that. Dont worry about doing weird sims

You want to be within around 10% of your sims, in the same scenario - sims got perfect scenarios tho, you do not. So without knowing all the details, we cant really say.

But if you sim 500k and do 250k, you are doing something very wrong

in terms of sim vs target dummy, taking in to account your current buffs you should be within 1-2% of your sim

I am indeed doing something very wrong. I need more practice with the rotation and find a weak aura that can tell me that I used whirlwind. When I do the dummy, I don't use the buffs/phials so I will try them to see how it goes.

yeah a WW tracker definitely helps, they're usually tied in to spec WAs or you can find individual ones if you dont want the hassle of setting them up

also a BT tracker is necessary for the current tier

So the big thing you're missing here is how fights play out and how cooldowns are used

• in a ST envrionment, most classes including Fury can use its abilities on cooldown, thereby allowing maximum performance
• in a MT environment, classes with very strong MT cooldowns (like Fury) are going to save them for those periods of burst multitarget - generally reducing their ST capability in the process (Tindral is a good example of holding CDs like that)

It's just a matter of real fights not necessarily reflecting a sim situation, much less looking at an aggregate of multiple fights throughout a whole tier
