Depends on your gear, but it's still just a heck of a lot of mastery
and with how reck works at the moment, you are essentially in cooldowns for the entire 30 seconds
which not many specs can do

I opened ur smolderon, first thing i saw is you using reck avatar and roar insta, get enraged before roaring. Secondly you use ravager 12 seconds after your cd's. Use it with the rest of ur cds. Ravager gives you hurricane boosting your strength for quite a bit making you stronger in your cd's
Ur second ravager is almost 50 seconds after ur first, dissaligned with any other cd
Because of AM you will have reck + ravager at the same time always if you use them together

Lastly this is your tier set stacks
Every time you rampage you gain increased DMG + crit chance on your bloodthirst
I recommend you get the weakaura from Archimtiros to track when you should use bloodthirst (between 95%-105% crit chance)
But once again, ur 504 ilvl. Get urself some gear first that will already make a load of difference

Purely from a gearing efficiency standpoint arms is going to be easier than fury (you only need 1 weapon) If you want to do fury imo on a fresh 70 I would do ashkandur, augury, ring.
Then farm puzzle box and a heroic weapon from m+
Imo that’s best bang for buck on a fresh 70 but that’s an opinion, I’m sure other people might have differing ones
