if you want to do an aoe sim for results, turn off all buffs and do ST, and a 5t 1m ish sim. but you need to bear in mind when you add in that second, shorter simulation gear will be skewed especially on use trinkets

TLDR: Kel'Thuzzad died his "super death", as everyone for some reason does in the Shadow Lands, the place you go when you die. So I guess there is a shadow shadowlands or something.
His superdeath was the raid fight, where Kel'thuzzad on the jailers orders stood in front of us at his full power. As such he brought both the parts of his soul (as if one part died in Shadowlands, it would be dead, dead anyhow).
We go into his Phylac kill his soul in there, and we destroy his Anima Vessel (his physical form), and as such, Kel'Thuzzad finally joings Biggelsworth in the after-after-life.

I think it's something like 61% but be aware that diminishing returns are a largely useless factor when sims exist and can tell you exactly which upgrade/gem/enchant is the most damage, sometimes going into diminishing returns can still be better than getting another stat even with the penalty

I think Method's page for Remix has a table with all the DR breakpoints on it if you really want it, but for retail it's better to just sim

its important to understand that the robot is not doing something magical but just using brute forcing stat targeting with the different gear combinations you input.

mastery DR starts around 54% but as chawie said ignore it and just sim

instead of trying different gear and targeting set stat points (which some people insist on doing manually), it tries different gear and literally simulates a 5min patchwerk fight to come up with the highest dps gear combo.
