Your first priority then is to get the set bonus. There are a variety of ways to get it, but the easiest is to use the Catalyst, and turn gear you have into tier pieces. Specifically the pieces that are tied to getting the tier bonus is having a combination of 4 of the following: the helm, shoulders, chest, gloves or legs.

As for the general priority you want to follow, it's as following reading from left to right
Whirlwind if you're out of WW stacks in AoE > Bloodthirst when your Bloodthirst is at 95% or above Crit chance (There's a Weakaura in the pins for this, if you don't know what Weakauras are, it's an addon used to display various information) > Rampage > Execute > Onslaught > Raging Blow > Bloodthirst
