So I just finished my first Heroic MSV and collected some Epic items (woo!), except when I went to the Item Upgrade NPC and compared the epics to my blues (both at 388, btw), some of the epics had 600-1000 secondary stat LESS than my blues. This is true of the epics with two stats (~800 vers + 300 mast vs ~1650 mast) and those with one stat (1200 crit vs 2200 mast). Is that just because of the way stats are weighted? Or am I crazy in thinking equipping my new epics would be a major downgrade since I would be taking a serious hit to my overall secondary stat values with no observable upside?
