While I was explaining APL to my friends, something came up and I came to ask a question.

"P 4.71 recklessness,if=!raid_event.adds.exists&!talent.annihilator|target.time_to_die<12"
Looking at these two conditions, it can be understood as a condition to use Reckless when the remaining cooldown of the avatar is more than 40 seconds or the time remaining until the target dies is less than 12 seconds based on the current S4 tier.

However, when I checked it in the sample sequence table,

"1:26.593 default P recklessness"

At 1 minute and 26 seconds, the avatar's cooldown is about 9 seconds remaining, and the battle time is set to 5 minutes, so the time remaining until the target dies is more than 12 seconds.
But why did P activate?
