Well the 25% haste for example, its just a rough starting point but that's something to try and shoot for. It might not be "the ideal dps" but if I'm constantly changing gear and stuff it lets me move things on the fly without having to stop to sim my char every 5 min

Theoretically, 25% haste (just throwing out a number) may be the "target point" for haste, but that doesn't mean dropping a bunch of crit and mastery to hit 25% is necessarily worth it - often times it's not, because raw values add up to more than reaching any one particular target point

that's already been explained several times - Fury wants haste and mastery; in Remix specifically, Mastery is way over budget so you want to stack that

and if everything else is equal, go with whatever will give you the most stam, since survival is way more important than damage
