quick question rotation/optimization wise.
I should use bloodthirst on 95% crit, right?

How much would I lose on dps if I use it at 94%, since in my MT spec i am missing 1% and in my m+ spec I am missing 2% crit due to cruel strikes only 1 point/no point in these specs.

Is it wise to get more crit at the cost of vers/mastery or just fire it at 94%/93% in the other specs (or maybe go over 100% with 4 rampage casts?)

the idea is you use it ABOVE 95% crit, in season 2 you would go 1 stack over in this case and I dont think that idea has changed (otherwise it would be reflected in the weakaura) you should still just send it when it 'kachings' whether it's 96 or 103

that being said, the dps difference between sending at 93 and 103 is very close to 0, so it isnt too important to stress over this

also you should always sim your stats, it is usually not worth it to look for crit to reach a certain threshold

if your best sim is getting you to 93/103 at 4/5 stacks then so be it
