assuming the sims are correct, even if augury doesnt do the most aoe dam, it does really good single target damage. While I believe the list is more geared towards raid content, single target damage is still very important in keys. The reason brand isnt recommended over it as well is bc brand takes awhile to stack, and you likely wont be in combat long enough

Signet is very very good ... if you can keep stacks up. It loses a lot on shorter fights or when not chain pulling in keys.

If you have spellreflected it, you will see that the bomb goes on the boss and the AoE explosion indicator will show under her. Just dont stand in it, and everything is good - ya got plenty of space to hit her in melee range
