Fury is an extremely spamming and fast class so make sure the buttons you are pressing the most are in comfortable positions. Also might just be an adjustment period since you said you recently switched over

i'd try 2 things: 1) rebind Raging Blow, spamming Q with the ring finger might be an issue. Possibly the string for the ring finger is not as strong as e.g. the middle finger one. i got in an 2 because its the shortest way from W to 2 and back. 2) get used to not spam the button. Press the button and keep it pressed until the ability goes off. with low haste that requires a bit of timing but with "normal" haste values there is no wait time in between buttons.

E, R, T, F, etc. are good keybinds aside from the regular number keys. I always use Q for interrupts on all my characters, as its not something I need to press frequently enough where it feels uncomfortable to do so but is still close enough to press quickly (also I think of "QQ" whenever I interrupt something, kind of a weird way of remembering it but it works in my mind lol)

you can do that or dslice

you cant really get a very accurate sim for something like m+, personally i just see what sims highest on ST then switch around trinkets and embellishments as needed

IE switching to augury/puzzlebox and dropping 2x shadowflame (if your using it) in favor of vers wrists/bsl or 2x bsl

2x bsl is the best in st and aoe though i believe, vers wrists could maybe perform better in higher keys for survivability purposes
