the ring is insanely hard to get since almost every single character is rolling on it, whilst ash is quite little competition
but a myth ilvl weapon is big if you dont have one or another way to get one easily
you will get another bullion next week anyway so taking whichever one is a bigger immediate upgrade isnt a bad idea

- Double Shadowflame is ~1% ahead of Vers Wrist, and ~1% behind double BSL. Shadowflame is the consistent option, craft Vers Wrist if you want to flex with Arms, and BSL if you want to gamble on parses.
in my experience bsl has a 50-60+% uptime and I believe the sims are done at 40%
so I'm not sure I agree that it's "gambling on parses" but shadowflame remains the consistent option

My best advice to you is just try everything out yourself. When you get silly builds to kinda work, it is a great experience
