you should check out the wowhead rotation section! as long as you change to an aoe build, your whirlwind makes the next 4 single target abilities cleave to 5 targets

so you just do your normal rotation and then whirlwind after every 4 attacks

the key to this tier set is just to always rampage as soon as you can
