as I recall, it's still only true AoEs, but the real problem with it was never multitarget performance (you cast WW often enough) - it's that Fury doesn't have any reliable ways of proccing it once they get to single target bosses; you use WW a lot less there and Ravager only periodically, while Arms is throwing out Dreadnaught waves every 1.7s
