Not necessarily, running into dry moments without unbridled procs and no RB resets had you either press BT or whirlwind, BT made you waste stacks and WW hits like a wet noodle and barely generates rage.

That and also the Enraged Regen point I made above.

Anger management is super fun, but we would have gotten that gameplay loop back with the season 1 set without the negatives that came with the S2 set. Although admittedly the Tuning would probably have been even worse.

Normal and lfr only drop greater from fyrakk, but higher difficulties will also add the % gain from lower difficulties. So Heroic will also add BLP from normal and lfr
