I took a break from 10.1.5 to late 10.2.5 and didn't really bother to raid (I killed Fyrakk HC like twice on my warrior) which means almost zero chance to get legendary for me in S4 since amidrassil will be every 3 weeks (unless they change something)
I'm still gonna play fury since I love the spec and S2 set was cool but it will definitely not be my main character this season
