Common mistakes in M+ is not using your CDs actually and holding them for longer than you have to
Unless you have a good reason to hold your CDs, like you're on a pack that would die quickly, or is about to die, and the next pack is a dangerous pack/boss, then you'd want to hold typically
But it's something you figure out from experience when it's worth holding, otherwise the general go-to is just use your CDs when you get them. They're meant to be used, and holding CDs can quickly lose you casts overall through a dungeon
As for other mistakes could be not maintaining your WW stacks to cleave, doing the rotation wrong, overusing WW whenever the talent setup doesn't use Storm of Swords, using CDs in the wrong order or spaced (to a degree more than you do now in the opener) for no good reason
