Devotion enchants are one of the examples of blizzard trying to be original just for the sake of it.

Nobody uses burning devotion or earthen or even frozen at this point

They should have just kept the writ enchants as a baseline for devotion enchants, like they did for sophic and wafting

Earthen is actually being used by people that optimize their sim. Its just easier to choose sophic, since everyone suggests it and it sims very close

But it could so happen to be that ur gear is low on mastery (when ur going from arms -> fury for example) where Earthen actually is your best option

It's nice to get all 3 charges with a ramped BB, but it's usually not gonna happen unless you have reck up, if you try to force your third without it you basically have zero CDs to continue your rotation afterwards and are stuck AAing with zero rage which is a net loss
