see for me every single one of my main 36 keybinds has at most 3 types of abilities. Take, for example, shift-3
Shift-3's primary use is single-target hard CC (HoJ, storm bolt, kidney)
Shift-3's secondary use is secondary movement abilities (Tiger's Lust, Shadowstep)
There aren't any other types of abilities that are on Shift-3. If a class does not have one of the above type abilities, Shift-3 is usually not bound.
