I think they should remove any affix that punishes bringing one class over another to the degree of destroying the key if affix is missed, like afflicted. Damage optimization for a dungeon is one thing. Gating classes out of runs because of lack of utility is unnecessary.

There's one guy that jumps around and puts a grievous wound on everyone, happens about 5 seconds into the fight and then every minute i think, that's big healing cooldown/defensives
There's a fixate that just needs to be healed through, 1 or 2 heals from the healer and an IV is enough (can use def stance on high keys)
Bladestorm that fixates a random player, just kite it (if you have a fotm tank they just stand inside it because they don't know how to play with melee, if you have a good tank they'll kite the other boss)
Random frontals, just don't stand on the tank
Random casts that need to be kicked, heal can be ignored it does fuck all
