the neck you're using right now is very high on mastery while the crafted neck is always even distribution

crit is very strong on aoe because most of our innate crit buffs are singletarget, and one of our biggest differences between st and aoe procs off of crit
you lose major benefits of bloodcraze on aoe, tierset guaranteed crit only works on the primary target
and cshb procs off of crits and each cleaved bt calculates it independently
so it makes sense that crit would gain massive value on a sim that has aoe components
i remember early in the season when i was still just equipping ilvl improvements i had 36% crit and butcher's block was still my best simming trinket on aoe
