ok so i have small tips on the questline that i gathered from ingame and wowhead/utube:

gathering quests:
50 items from rares:
farm frenzys the lashers count
end boss from super bloom counts but u need to leave combat to tag him
20 DE frags:
get the shit items from the weeklys/buy plate hands from vendor for dragon isle resources
200 leafs:
this one is the worst - only get from superbloom, most drop from the end boss and weekly superbloom quest,
TIP: join a raid for the superbloom and with 40 people it goes fast, kill end boss and loot him, leave the grp and look for another in the group finder, i was able to kill the end boss 2-4 times using this method

after the gathering:
teach yourself profession and learn the recipe and make the item, drop profession rinse repeat

3 quests:
1st holding the axe: when you burn it will kill you, just go to valdrakken and ask for a healer to heal you 10 times easy
2nd: 20 times the book with awakened essense: go to garrison with 50 or so awakened fire/earth/frost/wind and just use the item cast on YOURSELF soon as it pops up (sometimes you get 2-3 per cast) enter proving grounds and resets your 5min timer, rinse repeat
3rd: join a normal grp - its faster than LFR to kill first 3 bosses

last scenario - be mythic plus spec loads of aoe. EZ enjoy your axe

i wasnt doing it super fast but all in it took me from getting the drop to getting axe around 6-7hours

I got some Details to add to that list :

1. Gather 50 items from rares:
   -I farmed emerald frenzies rares for that (just kill mobs till they spawn) Frenzy events spawn usually every hour around min 30 and 50
   -Superbloom endboss counts as well (make sure you go out of combat before you use the rune)
   -If you prefer afk farming, there is a rare around the coordinates ~64 35 that spawns quite frequently and counts everytime
   2.Disenchanting fragments:

• i bought them from dream warden rep vendor but you need rep level 7 for that
• Someone told me that starting proving grounds challenge does reset the 5 min cd of the item
  3.200 Leafs:
• If you got friends with alts, try to use the leave item you drop from Blooms on them and yourself, finish quest then let them use the item on you, it stacks up to 150% more leaves

Follow up quests:
-Don't make the cooling paste for the burn quest, just enter proving grounds (you can't die there), item resets every time you restart the challenge.
-Do combine the burn quest with essence quest!
I stacked up on the cheapest essence and restarted the challenge everytime i started the channel. Then i looked at my buff, if it wasn't what i had in my bags, i just restarted and channeled again (saves a bit of gold, but consumes more time)
