ultimately though, and assuming everything is balanced more or less the same, I'd rather have high frequency / low damage than low frequency / high damage, but that is fairly subjective

I have improved whirlwind, but is it just that? No finisher? Just spam? I was spamming whirlwind and cicling between rampage, bloodthirst and raging blow but that feels clunky

you just hit whirlwind

and it makes all your abilities hit 4 extra targets around it

most of how we do aoe

later talents like ravager/odyns fury and thunderous roar in the class tree are more of the "finisher" type aoe abilities

but for the most part just whirlwind to keep up the stack of cleaving your single target abilities
