Could a major issue be that for some reason Reckless isn't always aligning with Avatar/Roar? I know that on some packs I'll do Reckless - Charge - Rampage - OF - 2x Rampage BB , but by then pack is almost dead so I don't do Ava/Roar. Should I hold Reckless for bigger packs then?

But unless everyone in the group is popping their CDs on small mobs with lust or similar, mobs do not die within your OF Avatar window
It's just silly to pop everything at once, unless as mentioned, it's something that will die instantly anyway (and has to for that matter, unless you're trying to pad Igira spears)

For me there is no debate, you just pop reck/of/roar at beginning on the pack for full value
And 4s later if the pack is almost dead no avatar, if not u can use it

You might as well but also keep in mind what value you get from the CDs on the pack. If you're lusting however on a trash pack, there's a very high likelyhood it's a dangerous/big pull either way

The roots nerf helps a bit. I don't know if tindral's hp nerf will help much for people on prog.. will def make it a joke for people on farm
Should probably have removed a dispel instead. More time for healers to react, more time for dps to position out and back in for roots.

Idk, our damage was pretty tight on the kill (we killed the boss only once last week tho) right before 5th root spawn, so 10% boss hp nerf will make room for some mistakes/dead person

Optimal way of doing it is either before, or after, CDs while enraged. Typically after CDs since by then you'll also have Frenzy stacked. This changes depending on the fight if you have to use it before CDs to align it with timings
