rampage is actually pretty weak damage wise because we dont take slaughtering strikes
and 20% for 4 seconds of reck isnt strong enough to send ramp on cooldown regardless of situation
our last tier set gave us slaughtering strike stacks which increased our Rampage damage by 20% (per stack, when talented into ahnni its only 2% per stack)
so execute press for press does more damage then rampage does
the only reason you prio BT and Ramp over exe during spear is to guarentee 3 Buffed Bloodbaths whtin your spear window
outside of that execute has a higher priority for overall dps
not to mention last tier also gave us 10% additional crit and damage from our 2 set which then fed into our buffed BT

I think you have to change the item line that you want to swap and give it the stats for the specific ilvl you'd be choosing, but I haven't done that in ages so I don't recall the specific code for it, but I'm fairly certain you can find it in the raidbots FAQs
