you click on compare on a log of something, and then u have a choice to compare yourself to someone else in your group on that log, or if u wanna do it with someone else u have to get the url of the other log and paste into the first thing

if anything i'd suggest like checking buff uptime and try and see where there are big gaps in uptime

The fortunate scenario is that no matter what route the tank takes, by the time you get to 3stick boi you have a fair idea where you stand in terms of damage amonst the dps. Also factor in that any decent tank (3k io or more) will be adding about 30% to the weakest dps's totem. If I'm miles ahead of dps, I'll hold my cd's since I know bursting my totem will just create a mess. If I am in fact the shitter of the group, I'll send everything to get the totems into kill range evenly. If I'm the middle of 3 dps, I'll again hold my cooldowns, but use Odyns fury liberally and if I get no reck procs consider sending everything to ensure even dps on all knowing that the shitter is getting help from the tank on theirs, making me the de facto shitter of this boss.

This is such an interesting boss on a phyllisophical level. Sacraficing ones own dps for the good of the group is a core concept of dps'ing, but it just cuts harder when it's sacraficing ones own dps for the good of the other dps who will brag about their dps to you at the end of the key. My biggest tip is to make sure you have boss frames on and to check them every few seconds, then adapt in the moment to ensure your group damage to totems is optimal to kill at the same time.

If you have huge dps and the other dps lack, what I did in the past a few times was leap onto one totem, throw onto the other and charge to mine

Less uptime on mine but i still got plenty of time to kill it if I am on top
