granted the logs im using are a little outdated for me and ive gotten better gear since then

an easy troubleshoot is find someone who has a good log on wcl, make sure they have a similar kill timer as you. Check if you and that player has similar amount of casts on their abilities as you. If you do have similar amount of casts, then you're lacking damage to something external I.E PI / WF / gear. If you do not have the same amount of casts than them, then you are making rotational mistakes. Now this is a bit more tricky with warrior because haste skews that, but it's a good way to get an idea atleast if ur making rotational mistakes 👍

if you wanna know if you're doing your rotation properly you shouldn't use Hekili, you should use data from other players on sites like WCL etc, or even mainstream data from WoWhead and that sort. Hekili is great for new players who wants to get an idea of when to press what, but absolutely noone uses it at a medium to high level of play
once you're comfortable with your rotation at a basic level you should get rid of Hekili asap, imo
