I donât see how guaranteeing axe after 4 HC fyrakk kills is too much to ask. Making it so RNG just feels bad across the board and if youâre clearing HC fyrakk 4 weeks in a row youâre probably geared enough and played a decent enough amount to warrant having the axe.

If a piece naturally has a tertiary like the gloves from mechagon or I think there are pants this season that have leech, it will not transfer over with the catalyst but rng procced tertiaries will.

You select any gems you want to sim (reasonably you should just pick mast/vers gems), then be sure to tick "Replace existing gems and enchants" above the enchants section
