Healing part of the leggo quest was the easiest. Go into prot spec. Hit a target dummy. Proc IP. Hit spell reflect. Use item. Won’t drop below 40% hp. Soon as it’s all back up. Repeat till done.
I also did it at my garrison if that matters but it was quick and painless.

Just gonna give you a few pointers. On the pull you linked, your opener is scuffed. You threw Spear unenraged, OF wasn't enraged, and you used Avatar 7 seconds after Spear.
You want to reck + charge -> ramp -> spear + avatar -> OF -> BB -> ramp -> and so on. Reason for this is because you want to align your CDs properly with the intermission.
When you get to the intermission, you have to delay picking up the balls, refer to Critcakes video for how to do this since he has one on it.
Still about the intermission, you used your CDs way after your damage buff was gone, which basically means you got next to no value from it. This happened all the times you had the buffs in the intermission, having no overlap resulting in a massive damage loss. A lot of your damage on Smolderon is during the small window during the intermission.

Your general rotation though is fine, nothing really to mess up there though
