If I recall correctly, you can only see uptimes of stances if you swap during the fight. So if you swap to DStance during a fight and then back, you’ll be able to see uptimes. However, if you start in berserker stance and don’t swap at all, it’s not listed in buffs.

Use the quest item on yourself. Find a group for superblooms. As soon as final boss dies, drop group and see if he’s still alive on your shard so you can kill him again.
Try and drop agro before killing him and you can tether him to count as a rare kill.

Keep in mind that depending on how you sim for MT, you will get differing results from trinkets which is why people either do a handful of different types and compare or keep it as simple as possible since our dps profile is very similar for both ST and MT
