When there is a Bloodlust buff, even if there is no Enrage buff, the haste is already high, so the casting speed of the legendary weapon is fast. If there is no Bloodlust, it is cast when there is an Enrage buff.

1.reck-charge. Later, cast ramp to get enrage buff and use legendary weapon.

2. Create rage with only BT and slam without using reck, then cast ramp, get enrage buff, and then use a legendary weapon.
