Fo Fury, Augury is bis for MT and ST. For ST, you have Signet for long fights. Ember, Rezan, Pips. Gore, Might, Mirror for short fights. For MT, Might is no. 2. Crab, Ember, Maybe Gore, Pips, maybe Signet in the right situation. A couple of others. Rageheart very situation and very rare.

I have a myth track pips in great vault. I currently have a myth augery and hero razzans and might of the ocean. Otherwise I'm ilvl 487 with leggo, progging smolderon. My sim tells me that the pips would be a 0.6% dps increase on ST, but Bloodmallet suggests the hero razzans I already have is better. I dont see any warriors running pips on Subcreation. Is the pips not simming correctly, or are my stats just weird (56% mastery) so that pips might be better in my case?

The realistic issue why people dont see the "issues" with warrior is because of keylevel difference. The lower you go the less impact it makes. Why? Because people dont play their class well. And if they do, they are playing higher key levels. The routes / pulls / affixes going through etc etc etc, seriously clouds the overalls. Besides that most people in those keylevels just mash their stuff on cd, which basically makes it so that the tank controlls who wins overall. Either way, the higher u go the more u notice warrior is most definitely not fine in damage

We don't know exactly what the numbers are but blizz have stated you should be able to just clear the highest difficulty and call it a day
