Remove Seismic and put it into Stormbolt/Intim Shout, remove Honed Reflex and put it into one of the two I mentioned, in the class tree.
Your Spec tree remove Slaughtering Strikes and put it into either Titanic Rage or Dancing Blades (ideally Dancing), although no Unbridled Ferocity also sucks. With this said, for your stats use whatever really, since it looks like you're just trying to go for more fun than function, as long as you have Mastery it'll be fine.

i think people who like s3 like it because they wanna do big damage, but everyone wants to do big damage. we can all advocate that no matter what tier set we prefer to play, we want it to be good.
but here are my reasons for disliking season 3 despite its good damage;

using Odyns Fury without recklessness creates awkward situations where you cannot press bloodthirst without reckless abandon because you lose out on like 200k damage. but you dont immediately have the rage to rampage and you struggle to generate it while that highlighted bloodthirst is taunting you.

you are forced to pick annihilator because otherwise you will have crushing blow which will steal your abandon proc away from bloodbath.

having to use slam requires you to invest points into slam talents that could otherwise go into more baseline CC like stormbolt that we could take last season without having to sacrifice damage talents.
the good parts of season 3 is the crazy self heal we get and the big crit numbers. also odyns fury is fun (for some reason, idk why, its just a "do dmg around you" button but for some reason its fun)
i wish there was more viable build options with season 3 but the fact that they made reckless abandon work on raging blow for some ridiculous reason killed all hope of that

Fury aoe is largely an extension of its st rotation. You can sim multi target scenarios if you want to know the nitty gritty details but I personally dont.

That totally depends on how many sockets you have. Also you can use gear compare on raidbots to see the difference between embliments. I don't have a clear cut and dry answer for your question.
