Sim (and current logs) put Arms and Fury basically neck and neck on ST after the hotfix, though Fury will still have the advantage on Gnarlroot, Igira, Tindral, and Fryakk adds, while Arms has an advantage on Council and Fyrakk infernals
M+ is more varied, but Arms was already good and is only getting better, though Fury brings better priority damage and has easier burst

• main thing holding Arms back compared to Fury in both cases is Fury has better survivability, which can be compensated for to a degree, but matters more at the highest levels
