Signet is very very good in ST ... IF the fight lasts long enough. If you're talking HC these days, very few fight do. Usually Tswift and Fry with all the RP. For mythic, depends on your kill times. If you're killing shit too quickly and can't get stacks up and keeping them, then Signet loses a lot of value. That's when people are looking at other trinkets like Might, Rezan's, Ember, Rageheart and even Mirror -- assuming you have Augury locked.
