Season 3 Fury aint bad in m+ or raid, the issue is they are not great in any particular part like ST or AOE.
Survivability is amazing, however our ST is only very significant when in cd's. Our AOE is pretty underwhelming, and outside of cd's you'll most likely be very low on dps. Making errors in your cd's will lose you LOTS of damage.

Rotationally the playstyle (imo is unsatisfying) is more open to mistakes leading to downtime and more advanced skill ceilings like rage pooling.
However the minmaxing you can do will vary your dps not by a big margin unfortunately.

Season 2 fury has a very consistant damage output because of being able to play Anger management meaning you have your cd's up always.
However our priority damage will suffer quite significantly for this. Meaning we will shine in 1 aspect being consistant aoe throughput, but be a weaker single target option. In terms of survivability i'd say its practically equal.

There is pretty much no minmaxing other than spam more rampage efficiently and dont drop meatcleaver stacks.
