There are genuine reasons people prefer one playstyle over the other, and a lot of it lies in AM vs RA or Annihilator, which are very valid for a lot of underlying reasons

Again I think the problem in this case is more that RA doesn't feel good. So you have one option that feels good most of the time and then feels real bad 5-10% of the time, vs another option that feels okay 50% of the time

But I think high reck uptime is too restrictive in terms of design in both cases. They can't make the spec feel good to play outside of reck if you're gonna be in reck 90% of the time anyways

Fury was designed around dealing consistent damage though. It’s cds are not designed to be big damage moments. That’s the issue with RA. It just slows the spec down needlessly.
