Not all the time no. Bloodbath does, but if you have execute talents then execute is higher prio than rampage, unless you are in cooldowns and can just go BB > Ramp > BB > etc. Also if you are sitting at max rage, its better to rampage than execute unless Jugg stacks are about to drop

but you can basically use cooldowns on cd if you go first add, and it should be up for execute phase on the add and your bb's crit, but if ur assigned to later adds you kinda have to hold cds to kill it reliably unless your group is just insane

but for da parse ima be cooldowning the first add set any day of the week, and not sure if i hold cds for exe phase of second add or just send asap when it comes up on add and i believe it comes up on boss when it reaches 35% before third intermission
